RV Sites

Enjoy the high country from the comfort of your own home on wheels! Tiger Run Resort offers a variety of different types of sites based on the size of the RV pad, individual site amenities, and location within the park. All sites consist of a concrete pad with a grassy area and picnic table for your enjoyment. 
All sites offer full water hookups, sewer, 30/50 amp electric service and heated water risers allowing you to stay with us all year round! Free Wi-Fi service and Cable are available at every site.

All Recreational Vehicles must be 18ft in Length (not including hitch/tongue). If an RV is older than 20 years, entry is subject to approval and current photos of both interior and exterior must be sent in for management approval. Tiger Run Resort has the right to refuse entry if a Recreational Vehicle does not meet standards. 

The following are not permitted at Tiger Run Resort per County Ordinances:
Pop-up Campers / Tent Trailers / Tents / Truck Campers / Tiny Homes / Horse Trailers / Recreational Vehicles with Canvas or Fabric Slide Outs

RV Site Categories

Some RV sites do have specific restrictions which may vary between Winter and Summer Months. Unfortunately, no acceptations can be made.

Standard RV Sites
RV Pad Size: 50 FT X 10 FT
Approximate Lot Size: 40 FT X 50 FT 
Location: Usually located between chalets.
Parking Instructions: Back-In Site with 1 vehicle limit
Size/Class Restrictions: RV must be 35 FT in length or Shorter
Special Interests: Best value for short RV's!


Swan River RV Sites
RV Pad Size: 50 FT X 10 FT
Approximate Lot Size: 40 FT X 50 FT 
Location: Along the beautiful Swan River
Parking Instructions: Back-In Site with 1 vehicle limit
Size/Class Restrictions: RV must be 35 FT in length or Shorter
Special Interests: Private and picturesque with river view!


Pull Thru RV Sites
RV Pad Size: 50 FT X 20 FT
Approximate Lot Size: 50 FT X 60 FT 
Location: Miner’s Row 
Parking Instructions: Pull Thru Site with 2 vehicle limit
Size/Class Restrictions: Open to all Class A, B, & C RVs allowed per overall park RV restrictions 
Special Interests: Easy sites for those who plan to come and go!


Club RV Sites
RV Pad Size: 60 FT X 20 FT
Approximate Lot Size: 50 FT X 70 FT 
Location: Clubhouse Lane / Club West / Main Street (Sites 17 & 22)
Parking Instructions: Back-In Site with 2 vehicle limit
Size/Class Restrictions: Open to all RVs allowed per overall park RV restrictions (Sites 17 and 22 – RV Must be 35 FT or shorter)
Special Interests: Convenient and easy access to the clubhouse and recreational facilities!


Deluxe RV Sites
RV Pad Size: 60 FT X 20 FT
Approximate Lot Size: 50 FT X 70 FT 
Location: Blue River Drive / Club West
Parking Instructions: 

* 309 - 319 Back-In Sites on Club West with 2 vehicle limit
* 321 - 331 Pull-In Sites on Blue River Drive with 2 vehicle limit
Size/Class Restrictions:
* Sites 309 - 319 are open to all RVs allowed per overall park RV restrictions 
* Sites 321 - 331 are only open Class A, B, & C RVs that are 36ft or longer allowed from 6/1 through 10/1
* Sites 321 - 331 are open to all Class A, B, C RVs from 10/1 - 6/1 
Special Interests: Very private sites with extra landscaping!
                          
Blue River RV Sites
RV Pad Size: 70 FT X 20 FT
Approximate Lot Size: 50 FT X 80 FT 
Location: Blue River Drive
Parking Instructions: Back-In Sites with 2 vehicle limit
Size/Class Restrictions: Class A MotorHomes 36 FT in length or longer.
Special interests: Tiger Run's premium site with lots of room and Blue River access!

RV Site Rules and Regulations

  • Sites are designated for a maximum of (1) RV and two (2) motorized vehicles if space allows. Extra non-motorized towed units of conveyance, such as, but limited to, cargo trailers and utility trailers, must be placed into storage at an additional cost.
  • RV must fit in the designated site without sticking out into the roadway.
  • Arrivals & Departure: Check-out is at 11:00 AM, Check-in is at 1:00 PM. Late Check-out or Early Check-in needs to be cleared through the Tiger Run Resort office. 
  • Fire pits may be used on the concrete pad of each site with appropriate fire pans underneath to prevent site damage. Some sites do have built-in fire pits. Fire pits are not guaranteed so you may bring your own if you would like. FIRE PITS ON GRASS, UNDER PICNIC SHELTERS OR STAINED/STAMPED CONCRETE IS NOT ALLOWED!
